Since becoming an independent consultant in January 1999, John Turner has developed his engineering consultancy services and now has an impressive range of major clients in a number of industry sectors. Many of our clients comment on the cost savings they have achieved as a result of using our services.

John Turner (Engineering Consultants) Limited provides an independent engineering service, offering advice in the specialist areas of feasibility, design, repair, maintenance and change of use of:

John Turner is recognised world-wide as an expert on his subjects and is Chairman of the CICIND committee responsible for the production of the manual on the inspection and maintenance of industrial chimneys.

John is also Chairman of the Metallic Materials Committee and a member of the Steel Chimneys Committee, the Concrete Chimneys Committee and the Seals Committee.

John is a member of the Scientific and Advisory Committee for the International association for shell and spatial structures.
